How do I find my size?
We offer sizes XS through XL. Measure your hips at the widest point: XS fits 32-34", S fits 34-36", M fits 36-38", L fits 38-40", and XL fits 40-42". If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
What if the fit isn't right?
We offer free size exchanges within 30 days. The item must be unworn with tags attached and the hygiene liner intact. Contact us and we'll arrange the exchange.
Do your thongs run true to size?
Yes. Our thongs are designed to fit true to standard sizing. The elastane blend provides gentle stretch that moulds to your body without digging in or sliding around.

What material are Yellow Thongs made from?
Our thongs are crafted from a premium blend of 90% micro-modal and 10% elastane. Micro-modal is a sustainably sourced beechwood fibre that's exceptionally soft, breathable, and resistant to shrinking and fading.
Are your products ethically made?
Absolutely. Our thongs are produced in small batches at an ethical manufacturing facility. We use sustainably sourced micro-modal fabric derived from beechwood, and all packaging is recyclable.
What colours are available?
We currently offer three styles — all in our signature yellow: The Classic ($48), The Seamless ($48), and The Lace ($52). Each is available in sizes XS through XL.

How should I wash my thongs?
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle or hand wash. Use a lingerie bag for machine washing. Hang dry or tumble dry on low heat. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners to preserve the fabric's softness and elasticity.
Will the colour fade over time?
Micro-modal is naturally resistant to fading. Follow the care instructions and your thongs will maintain their colour wash after wash. Cold water and air drying deliver the best results.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3-5 days domestically and 7-14 days internationally. All orders include tracking. See our full shipping policy for details.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100. Below that threshold, flat-rate shipping is $5.95 domestically and $9.95 internationally.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for unworn items with tags attached. Due to hygiene requirements, we cannot accept returns on worn or washed garments. The hygiene liner must be intact. See our full returns policy for details.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Contact us with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid return label. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item.
