We want you to love your Yellow Thongs. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- --Unworn and unwashed
- --In original packaging with all tags attached
- --With the hygiene liner fully intact and unremoved
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or where the hygiene liner has been removed. This policy exists to protect the health and safety of all our customers.
[ Size Exchanges ]
If the fit isn't right, we offer free one-time size exchanges. Simply contact us with your order number, current size, and desired size. We'll send you a prepaid return label and ship the new size as soon as we receive the original.
Exchange items must meet the same condition requirements as returns: unworn, tags attached, hygiene liner intact.

Ship It Back
Pack the item in its original packaging and drop it off at your nearest shipping point.

[ Damaged or Defective Items ]
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, including any shipping charges.
