These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website yellowthongs.com ("the Site") operated by Simply Great Garments Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated in the United Kingdom. By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. [ Products and Pricing ]
All products listed on the Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. Product images are for illustration purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product in colour due to screen settings.
[ Orders and Payment ]
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase products. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including if there is a suspected error in pricing or product information, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of order. We accept major credit and debit cards. You represent that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method.
[ Shipping and Delivery ]
We ship worldwide. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, weather, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. All orders are shipped in discreet, unbranded packaging. [ Returns and Refunds ]
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with tags attached, and with the hygiene liner fully intact. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or where the hygiene liner has been removed. This is a strict hygiene requirement. We offer free one-time size exchanges for items meeting the above conditions. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
